Please note we recently implemented a new online scheduling portal!
If this is your first time using the online scheduling portal, you will be asked to register using your cell phone number.
Step 1: Click on the green “Schedule an Existing Patient Appointment” button above.
Step 2: Click on the blue Register link next to “Don’t have an account” on the registration screen.
Step 3: Enter Your Name, Phone Number and Password (choose something easy to remember) and click on “Request Access Token”.
Step 4: You will receive an access token via text to the phone number on your account.
Step 5: Enter the token you received via text to confirm your account.
Once you are logged in, you can schedule appointments in our online portal.
As a reminder, you are always welcome to simply walk in for an appointment as an existing patient!
